There are "sew" many possibilities in how to quilt that lovely top! Below are a few photos of my work; for additional samples, please click on the buttons below.
Edge-to-edge quilting is the most economical way to complete that quilt; it is a single pattern that is stitched all over the top, with no differentiation for any borders or other work.
Custom quilting is more detailed. It treats different areas with different designs. Semi-custom is where one border is stitched, but the interior of the quilt is all one design. Free-motion quilting is regarded as custom. Free-motion can be as simple as a free-form meander stitch or as intricate as a unique feather or other design.
